We are so excited that you are considering Bentonville Christian Academy for your child’s educational journey! The 2025-2026 school year is shaping up to be an incredible year of learning, growth, and community, and we would be honored to partner with your family.

Our open enrollment period runs from January 27 to February 14, and we encourage you to complete your application as soon as possible to secure your child’s spot for next year.

Important Information About the Enrollment Process:

    1. Please complete the attached application for new students. Once your child’s application is accepted, you will receive a deposit invoice for $100. This deposit will be applied toward your first month of tuition. Please note that if you choose to withdraw, this deposit is non-refundable.

    1. As part of the application process, we will need:

      • Previous school records

      • Teacher referral

      • Any IEP/504 documentation (if applicable)

  • After we receive all required documents, we will schedule your child for a:

    • Family Consultation (PreK) or

    • Shadow Day (K-12)

Following these steps, all application materials will be submitted to our Admissions Committee for a final decision.
