Please Complete the application below for the new student. Once your child’s application is accepted you will receive a deposit invoice for $100. This deposit will be applied towards your first month of tuition. Please note that if you choose to withdraw, this deposit is non-refundable.

As part of the application process, you will need:

-Previous school records

-Teacher Referral

-Any IEP/504 documentation (if applicable)

After we receive all required documents, we will schedule your child for a:

-Family Consultation (Pre-K)

or

-Shadow Day (K-12)
